This weekend in San Francisco, Deacon Michael Vallecillo will receive the laying on of hands to the Holy Priesthood.

Deacon Michael, who has been a regular supporter and concelebrant at the Show Low mission since it’s beginning, will be ordained on Sunday, February 20, exactly 364 days after his ordination to the diaconate. This will take place at Holy Virgin Cathedral and Archbishop Kyrill will be the celebrant.
The date is also the one year anniversary of Deacon Joseph Peck, who will be travelling to concelebrate the Liturgy.
Deacon Michael, once he has completed his 40 day spiritual retreat will be assigned to St. Herman of Alaska Church in Show Low.
